Well, the best way to deal with drift is just to remove the item immediately
after weighing it

ie, place the item on the tray, see the weight, remove
it quick.

If you are compiling ingredients then you're sort of in
trouble. Drift can be caused by temperature (ie too hot or cold) or even low
power / interference.

If you cannot trouble shoot the scale then we
suggest giving up and buying a new one, this time maybe a more professional
model.
