I'm looking to buy a new digital scale to do some nutritional analysis. It needs to be precise to the gram--though not anything more--but something with a greater capacity than the Axe2 or a lot of the other small scales, something that can go up to 3 or 4 kilos. 

Do you have any Scale of the Year recommendations for mid-size scales and not just the small ones?

 Ideally, the scale would be battery-operable, durable, small and light, easy to read, and able to measure dry and liquid quickly, as the scale will be accompanying me on my travels around the world and needs to hold up to a lot.

Anyone have an accurate, durable travel scale?
