kitchen scale

I want to buy a kitchen scale mostly for measuring flours and other dry
ingredients. I want to be able to measure in single grams, .1oz, and capacity of
atleast 10 pounds. I'm considering My Weigh 7001DX, My Weigh KD7000 and Salter
5100. I saw your review of the 7001DX which sounded good but the KD7000 does
help keep stuff out of the buttons. I don't see any mention of Salter on your
site. Any other brand suggestions welcome also. I'm looking for value and
accuracy. I have a generic postal scale which worked fine for 5 years but isn't
working well now and I'm sure there's no warranty (bought off ebay).

all of the scales you mentioned seem like nice models.

It's really up to
you and which one you think looks the best for your particular needs.
