Need help - scale only lasted a month

Hi I bought a scale on ebay and it shows a wierd code on the display. I tried contacting the seller and got no reply.  I mailed it back to the warranty address and nothing has ever come back, it's been 25 days.

Brand is Neva,  what do I do?

Neva is not a

Neva is not a manufacturer,  it's a trading name used by a particular ebay seller. I think they go by 'polarized optics' or something similar to that.

We can't offer you any help other then to say "you get what you pay for".
